For a few years now I have been fascinated by everything that has to do with BBQ. I myself started BBQ and like everyone, ritually burn some meat with friends and eat it afterwards.
After purchasing my first Kamado, however, I started to delve into the more competitive and culinary side.
I would like to share these experiences with you!
I myself am a member of the BBQ team Smokey Diem . We mainly focus on the more culinary branch of the community, but we are also not averse to some pure American BBQ.
