Preparation method

1. Prepare a BBQ for direct grilling at 200°C. You do this by filling the entire BBQ with coal.
In the meantime, cut the chicken into small cubes and thread them on wooden sticks.

2. Prepare the different soy sauces. Put the soy sauce together with the ginger, the garlic and the honey in a deep skillet.

3. Put the skillet on the fire and let the sauce reduce to a syrup while stirring constantly.

4. Place the chicken skewers on the barbecue and coat with a soy sauce of your choice.

5. When the chicken skewers are ready, place them on a plate, you can rub them again with the soy sauce for a stickier effect and sprinkle some with sesame seeds.
